Ingredients for cooking fly agaric snacks

  1. Boiled eggs 5-6 pcs.
  2. Green canned peas 200g.
  3. Tomatoes 3-4 pcs.
  4. Chives 30-40 g.

Cooking fly agaric snacks:

Step 1: Cooking the filling.

Boil eggs (10-15 minutes) in salt water, set to cool in running water. Then we clean them and cut off the sharp end with a knife, carefully take out the yolk, without damaging the protein. Finely chop the yolks. Finely chop the green onions with a knife, and grind (with a spoon) with mustard and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise in a plate, add salt to taste, until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 2: Stuffing Eggs.

We take the proteins and carefully fill them with a spoon with the filling.

Step 3: Prepare the tomatoes.

We take tomatoes, wash them and cut them into halves with a knife. Carefully take out the pulp with a spoon. It will be hats.

Step 5: We serve to the table.

Lettuce leaves are spread on a round dish. Dice the cucumbers, then finely chop the onion and mix it all with a spoonful of mayonnaise. Put canned green peas on top of lettuce leaves along with cucumbers. A stuffed egg is laid out on each leaf and covered with half a tomato. You can drip mayonnaise on tomatoes to make fly agaric.
