Cooking lazy cake with strawberries:

Step 1: prepare cream and cottage cheese.

Place in the deep bowl, helping yourself with a tablespoon, the right amount of cream, whole fat cottage cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and beat the ingredients at high speed with a hand blender, for 20 - 25 minutes, until smooth and splendid.

Step 2: prepare the strawberries.

Take the right amount of strawberries, sort it out, picking up the spoiled, wrinkled berries. Separate from the total mass of berries 5-6 most beautiful strawberries and leave them with the stalks, laying on a separate plate. For the remaining berries, remove the stalks, carefully place in a colander and rinse under a small stream of cold running water. Leave the strawberries in a colander on 5 - 7 minutes in order to drain the remaining water. Alternately lay the berries on a cutting board, cut them into small layers, with an approximate thickness up to 5 millimeters. Then put the strawberry slices in a deep plate.

Step 3: lay the layers of the cake.

Take a beautiful glass bowl in my case it is an oblong ceramic vase with a width 22 centimeters and length 33 centimeters. Put in a container 1 tablespoon whipped cream and spread it all over the bottom. Then place a layer of crackers on the cream and grease it with a light layer of cream. In my first layer I got 6 crackers. Lay a layer of chopped strawberries on top of the cracker and cream. Repeat the layers until you run out of crackers, not forgetting that you should have cream on the topmost layer. In the end, you should be able to 4 layers strawberries and crackers. On the top layer of cream, spread out the remaining slices of berries and start cooking ganache.

Step 4: prepare the ganache.

Ganache - This is a chocolate mixture of creamy consistency, it is used to decorate confectionery. This miracle of cooking is prepared quite easily. Open the bar of dark chocolate, lay it on a cutting board and chop it into small pieces of arbitrary shape and an approximate diameter up to 1 centimeter. Place a small saucepan on the stove included in the middle level. Pour in the right amount of cream, heat them until small bubbles form around the edges and pour the chocolate into the pan. When the pieces of chocolate melt, reduce the temperature to the minimum, take a whisk and, without ceasing, beat the ganache, bring it to the density you need. For this type of cake, the ganache should be of medium density, so you should not have to go more than preparing a culinary masterpiece 5 to 7 minutes. Then remove the saucepan from the stove and let the chocolate cool down a bit, enough 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 5: decorate the cake.

Take a saucepan with ganache, dip a whisk in it and sprinkle the chocolate mass over the cake in random order, easily shaking the whisk. Put on your cake the number of drops of chocolate mass you need, decorate with the remaining strawberries. Cover the container with plastic wrap and place the cake in the refrigerator on 3 to 4 hours so that he soaks and insists.

Step 6: serve the lazy cake with strawberries.

A light cake with strawberries is served chilled in the container in which it was prepared, dessert plates are placed next to them and dessert or teaspoons are placed. This type of cake does not need any additions other than hot fresh tea or cold champagne. The noble look of a light cake with strawberries will decorate any table and give a holiday any day!
