Cooking beef liver in sour cream:

Step 1: stew the liver.

Since our main ingredient is the liver, we start with it. After washing the liver, cut it into strips. We spread it in a pan and fill it with water (so that the water slightly covers the liver) and simmer for about ten minutes. When the time is up, shift along with the liquid in which it was stewed into a saucepan.

Step 2: fry the vegetables.

Wash vegetables thoroughly. Rub carrots finely on a grater, finely finely onion and fry in butter (you can use sunflower for lack of water). After our onion has a golden hue, spread the liver, add salt, spices, sour cream, and mix thoroughly.

Step 3: prepare and serve.

Such a dish as a liver in sour cream is quite suitable for any table. It usually falls with various green salads, as it is very combined.
